DAVID RYAN
Managing Director
One of the UK and Ireland’s foremost and most experienced insurance claims investigators, David has been a leading Professional investigator for over thirty years in the UK and Ireland, primarily working for the insurance industry in the investigation of personal injury claims. A former Police Officer with the Merseyside and Great Manchester Police forces, David is an expert in Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Research and is a qualified Physiotherapist, allowing Spotlight Corporate Investigations to more accurately comment on a claimant’s alleged injuries.
MARTIN RYAN
In-house Solicitor - Regulation and Compliance, Data Protection Officer
Martin has been a Qualified Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales since 1981 and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of the Law Society of Ireland in 2019. He has a vast knowledge, experience and expertise in a range of legal services and as a Court and Tribunal Advocate. He has worked in both Private Practice and the Civil Service. He previously worked as a Senior Crown Prosecutor in the UK and a Partner in a Defence Law Firm specialising in serious fraud, crime and money laundering.
SEÁN RYAN
Operations Manager
Seán is an experienced Insurance Claims Case Manager and Investigator having handled hundreds of cases since entering the industry in 2012. He is an expert in Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Research, Claimant Profiling, Covert Mobile and Foot Surveillance. Seán is a member of The Insurance Institute of Ireland, acquiring his APA qualification through this organisation. He has a Professional Diploma in Corporate Fraud Investigations and is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
